Bounteous x Accolite Shines Bright at the Return of TDX India 2025!
After six long years, the energy was palpable as Trailblazers from across India converged in Bengaluru for the grand return of TDX! The Bengaluru International Exhibition Centre buzzed with over 7000 attendees, all eager to immerse themselves in the innovation, learning, and unparalleled community spirit that defines the Salesforce ecosystem. TDX 2025 was an electrifying experience, and the Bounteous x Accolite (BxA) team, a long-standing partner of Salesforce in India and the USA for over 18 years, was right in the heart of it all. This deep-rooted partnership and our expertise in consulting, technology, and domain knowledge made our achievements at TDX even more noteworthy.
The conference was a whirlwind of inspiration, from the insightful keynote sessions delivered by industry leaders like Arundhati Bhattacharya, Chairperson and CEO of Salesforce, India, Avanthika Ramesh, Senior Director of Agentforce, Muralidhar Krishnaprasad (MK), President & CTO, Agentforce, Christophe Coenraets, SVP at Salesforce, and Parul Jain, VP of Engineering at Salesforce, to the deep dives offered in the hands-on challenges and breakout sessions. There was truly something for everyone looking to expand their Salesforce knowledge and network.
For Bounteous x Accolite, a trusted Salesforce partner with nearly two decades of experience across India and North America, TDX 2025 held an extra layer of excitement and achievement. We are thrilled to announce that our Salesforce Team (named Bounteous AIChemist for the event) emerged victorious, winning the 1st prize of a staggering 50 Lakh INR (approximately 60K USD) in the highly competitive Agentforce Hackathon!
Conducted on April 29th and 30th, the Agentforce Hackathon challenged participants to build innovative solutions leveraging the power of Salesforce. Our team—comprised of Mayur Murlidhar Kinhekar, Vijay Kalidasan, Yogeshwar Andhisudhakaran, Rajaseeman Perumal Sethuraman, and Sheetalraj Gangadhar— rose to the occasion, crafting a Smart Hotel Agent from scratch that seamlessly integrated various Salesforce clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud, with Slack and Agentforce acting as the central nervous system. The team established a network of intelligent agents to manage the entire hospitality journey, including check-in, room assignments, food orders, service requests, and checkout, all without any manual coordination.
What made the approach unique was the seamless integration of Agentforce for real-time actions, Data Cloud for gathering guest insights, and Slack for internal communication. Each agent was context-aware, proactive, and capable of providing human-like interactions, leading to faster and more efficient service. Our team’s technical prowess shone through, demonstrating the cutting-edge capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem and highlighting our expertise as a seasoned partner.
The winning spirit didn't stop there! We are also proud to share that attendees from our team participated in the Mini Hackathon held on May 2nd and 3rd and secured prizes for completing the 3-level challenge, showcasing the breadth of talent and engagement within our team.
Beyond the grand hackathon victories, attendees from our team immersed themselves in over 100 sessions covering the latest features and product roadmaps across the entire Salesforce landscape, including the intelligent application of Agentforce and other Einstein features, to stay ahead of the curve and explore the future of the platform.
The conference concluded with a powerful and thought-provoking keynote by Arundhati Bhattacharya and Sonam Wangchuk, an engineer, innovator, and education reformist. Their discussion on technological innovation, the related adversities and profound social impact of technology served as a timely reminder of the purpose that drives our work in this ever-evolving field.
